The Squeezebox Box Band is back to dazzle us with their musical talents. “Mollie B” has loved music for as long as she can remember! She was plunking the piano keys and dancing the polka at a very young age. When she was 8 years old she began performing on stage in her father’s band. While attending college she performed music of many genres in the jazz bands, the concert band, the orchestras, the choirs, and in traveling polka bands on the weekend. Ted Lange got his start in music with his parent’s band and was involved in many musical venues during his school years. He has a long list of performance experiences while playing the Accordion, Button Box, Concertina and Bass and using his vocal talent. In the late 1990’s he started a band under a different name but it appeared to make them a “polka only” band. Since they play more than just polkas, the name was changed to SQUEEZEBOX. Farnsworth Hall will be jumping on Wednesday, January 8th from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. as SQUEEZEBOX brings laughter, toe tapping, hand clapping & dance music for your dancing and listening pleasure. The popularity of this band means you need to purchase tickets early to insure entrance to the performance. Tickets are $10.00 and available at the Dreamland Villa Office or at the door the day of the event.
