Annual Fee

Dreamland Villa is a 55+ age-restricted retirement community. It is essential that each resident pay the annual fee of $250 to maintain this status.

Annual fee renewal forms are mailed to each residence in November for the following year. Forms are also available at the office.  A "Kee Card" provides access to facilities when the annual fee payment is up to date.

When you use your Kee Card to access the various facilities, please sign in if there is a log-in sheet at the door for this purpose. This helps us document facilities usage.
