The DVRC Strategic Plan for 2021 – 2026 was completed in June, 2020. You can download the entire plan or portions of it using the links below. All files are pdf for easy reading and printing. Except for the Executive Summary the others have bookmarks for easy navigation.
The next phase of the process is formulation of an Implementation Plan (IP). This plan brings the strategies more into focus for proper evaluation and communication of the plan and involves the development of support policies, programs, budgeting and allocation of resources for application and implementation of proposed strategies.
