Dreamland Villa has five elected residents who VOLUNTEER their time to oversee the business and needs of the community. This group works diligently to manage business affairs, clubs and activities, swimming pools, building and grounds maintenance, monitoring community complaints (under Maricopa County guidelines) and all the day to day needs of Dreamland Villa. A Study Session the first Wednesday of the month prepares the Directors as they discuss the agenda for the Board meeting the following week.
The Board meeting features an "Open Forum" with time limit, following the formal meeting for input from those attending. Please consider showing your support for the community by attending the meetings and learning what is going on in YOUR community.
